The Etna Bianco Cinniri di Terrazze dell'Etna wine is predominantly produced from Carricante grapes originating from the territory of Randazzo (CT) on the northwest side of Mount Etna, with a small percentage of Catarratto and Minnella. The vineyards consist of vines with an average age of 10 years, grown on volcanic soils rich in skeleton, at an altitude ranging from 550 to 600 meters above sea level. The aging process took place in stainless steel for 12 months in contact with the noble lees, followed by an additional 12 months in the bottle.
The Etna Bianco Cinniri di Terrazze dell'Etna wine presents itself with a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers scents of yellow flesh fruit intertwined with hints of thyme, rosemary, and aromatic herbs, along with light notes of ash and flint. The palate is fresh and distinctly mineral. With good structure, it surprises with a long fruity and balsamic finish. It pairs well with tasty seafood dishes or vegetarian recipes like a delicious potato and zucchini frittata.

Terrazze dell’Etna porta nel nome il profondo legame con il territorio. Nerello Mascalese Nerello Cappuccio e Carricante e alte uve autoctone definiscono una produzione che lascia un piccolo spazio anche alle uve internazionali.
