Maremosso Bianco Frizzante di Torrevento is obtained from 100% Bombino Bianco grapes. The vineyards are located in northern Bari and sit on medium-textured calcareous-clayey soils, at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters above sea level. The winemaking process included an initial alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. The aging took place in stainless steel for a period of 4 months.

Maremosso Bianco Frizzante di Torrevento presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections enlivened by a lively perlage. The aroma reveals scents of yellow flesh fruit intertwined with wildflower notes and hints of Mediterranean citrus. The palate is fresh and pleasant, enhanced by a clear floral and fruity taste. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with delicious seafood recipes featuring white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
