BRANCAMILANO is the latest creation from Branca, the result of extraordinary teamwork led by Branca's bartenders who engage daily with the tastes and trends of dynamic Milanese venues and vibrant cultural life.
Synthesizing Milan into a single cocktail was not easy.
Branca's bartenders submitted various recipes to the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, a world-renowned institution in the field, which approached them with a true technical study, including sensory tests and cocktail evaluations.
Only three recipes passed the test and faced a final tasting committee honored by the presence of Mayor Sala. The choice fell on BRANCAMILANO.
The new Branca-signed drink, with a heart composed of the company's three iconic products: 1.5 cl Fernet-Branca, 6 cl Antica Formula, and 1.5 cl Stravecchio Branca, aims to become the quintessential Milanese aperitif.
INGREDIENTS:
Gremolada of orange, lemon, peppermint 6 cl Antica Formula Carpano 1.5 cl Fernet-Branca 1.5 cl Stravecchio Branca PREPARATION:
Pour the gremolada into the glass, then add the three liquids and ice and mix with a stirrer. Add more ice if needed.
Decoration: mint leaves.
